Yoga






I practice and teach Hatha yoga with emphasis in prana (breath) and the goal of freedom in movement. With the intention of joy, curiosity and integrity of the practice, not the perfect asana (pose). My goal for every class is to touch base with our bodies, connect to the breath, push ourselves in flexibility and finding strength throughout the practice. The practice doesn't begin and end on the mat. Yoga goes beyond the physical work where we can learn about ourselves. We can take our lessons from the mat into our daily lives so we can achieve yoga in action. Come practice with me!
Dance

With years experience of ballet, jazz and modern dance I bring a unique flow to my movement. Available for dance numbers, music videos, and choreography.


Flow


Most recently I have picked up Hoop Dance. I connect my love of dance with object manipulation to flow with hoops. I own polypro hoops and a red LED hoop. I also manipulate a pixel whip and LED wings.
